1. Acceptance
By using QuickBook (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description
QuickBook provides access to educational textbooks delivered from our servers. PDFs are protected and not publicly linkable.

3. User obligations

• Do not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or tamper with the app to extract protected resources.
• Use the Service lawfully and do not upload or transmit unlawful content.

4. Intellectual property
All service content, UI, and code are property of TeekaYx or licensed third parties. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view and use content for personal, educational purposes only, subject to these Terms.

5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. TeekaYx will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of RSA.

8. Changes
We may revise these Terms; we will post the updated Terms and an effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
